NuMex Joe E Parker Chile Pepper

The Pepper Chile NuMex Joe E Parker, \’Capsicum annuum\’, is an 8 inch long, thick walled, mildly hot Anaheim type pepper that is excellent for stuffing or roasting. The NuMex Joe E Parker is an improved version of \’New Mexico\”. It has thicker walls, more flesh and the peppers are longer. This Anaheim type pepper is excellent chopped for a variety of dishes and is commonly used in New Mexico to make the dried pepper wreaths. Use gloves and do not touch any other part of the body after harvesting. Wash your hands immediately.

The Hancock Coralberry, Symphoricarpos x chenaultii \’Hancock\’, is easily grown in average, medium wet, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. It will tolerates wide range of soils. This dwarf hybrid coralberry cultivar is a low-growing, spreading, deciduous shrub which typically grows 1-1.5\’ tall. Its arching stems do not root where they touch the ground. This plant displays dark green leaves (to 3/4\” long). The berry-laden winter stems may be cut for indoor floral arrangements.

Peonies are one of the best cut flowers and are often used in the Midwest to decorate gravesites on Memorial Day. All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. It also looks good in mass. It is not uncommon to see peonies planted along the driveway or lane in a mass.
